Founded by Julie Patching-Ellis, Strictly Fitness is all about helping people to achieve their goals, in a motivational, personal and fun way.
Julie has a great deal of experience, with over 18 years in the health and fitness industry and 20 years as a competitive ballroom dancer, she is highly knowledgeable in all areas of fitness.
Whether it be 1-2-1, group exercise, schools, special populations or corporate settings, Julie ensures that everyone is performing all instructed exercises in a correct, safe and effective way, no matter if you are an absolute beginner or experienced exerciser.
If you want to lose weight, gain strength, improve flexibility or are recovering from injury or childbirth, Julie will be happy to help you.

Julie is very passionate about supporting people with Parkinson's to take control of the condition through regular exercise. Julie's classes are challenging but most importantly fun - expect to exercise both the body and the mind. She concentrates on postural control, balance, large movements and coordination
